Thousands of travelers and bargain hunters visit Packwood's Biannual Flea Markets, held during the Memorial Day and Labor Day holiday weekends. This year the Memorial Day event falls on May 25-27, 2007 and the Labor Day event falls on August 31- September 2, 2007. Both events are organized by the community, independent of a centralized organization. Vendors offer a wide range of wares, ranging from antiques to toys. Food vendors and local restaurants are nearby should you feel hungry, while local motels and RV parks can help you find a place to hang your hat.

Most property and business owners along Highway 12 rent booth space and determine fees independently of others. Below is a partial contact list of space providers. For more information please contact the Destination Packwood Association by email:dpa@lewiscounty.com or phone: 1-800-963-7898
