Flea Markets
Thousands of travelers and bargain hunters visit Packwood's semi-annual Flea Markets, held during the Memorial Day and Labor Day holiday weekends. This year the Memorial Day event falls on May 24-27, 2013 and the Labor Day event falls on August 30 - September 2, 2013. Both events are organized by the community, independent of a centralized organization. Vendors offer a wide range of wares, including antiques, toys, bird houses and feeders, tools, and homemade crafts. Food vendors and local restaurants are nearby when you are ready to enjoy a snack or a meal, while local motels and RV parks can help you find a place to hang your hat.
This year, Destination Packwood is working at adding additional events including a 5K walk/run and a street dance for vendors and visitors! Check back closer to Memorial Day for updates!
